I’ve always worked out. I remember lifting weights on the steps of our apartment when I was 15 years old. I got in the best shape of my life at age 38, lost a ton of weight (40lbs) and was lifting 5-6xs a week. I did it by following Body-For-Life for 6 months which basically means you starve yourself to death and work out like crazy. It worked.

What are your healthy eating options? What are you doing to stay focused on healthy eating, weight loss and working out?
