How can we find ways to be courageous?

Welcome back. You belong here.
Every year I evaluate myself by the usual question – did I accomplish all my goals in 2017? If that’s too depressing, I try to think of the positive things I did this year and be more positive.
But that can also be depressing.
Lately I’ve been feeling pretty anxious about a lot of things – money, church, success (or lack thereof), all the usual things, it’s part of being an INFJ, Enneagram 3w2 (sorry if that makes no sense!).

I’m anxious writing this post because as I look back on 2017 I’d like to say I grew my church by 100%, my business by 80% and lost 10lbs (none of those things happened).
So instead of focusing on results, here are Six Things to Focus on for 2017:
#1 PEOPLE.
#2 CREATIVITY.
#3 DEAL WITH YOUR ANXIETY.
#4 BEING CAREFREE.
#5 AVOID BURNOUT.
#6 BE COURAGEOUS.
So instead of thinking of all the things you didn’t accomplish in 2017, instead call yourself – courageous, compassionate, kind, creative, hard-working.
If you do so, I promise you, every year will be better than the last.
