Sometimes we fall and we struggle to get back up. Whether it’s falling on the snow (like I did), or falling in love, business, ministry or personal goals, falling is inevitable, what matters is getting back up.

In this podcast, I go over the Four Tips I use to stay focused after falling, these are the four habits I implement when all I want to do is get mad, get even or get some ice cream!

So what are the Four Habits to Get Up After a Fall? They are:

  1. Have a Morning Practice
  2. Fight or Have a Fighter on Your Team
  3. Lick Your Wounds for 24 hours max, and 
  4. Engage Your Passion Right Away
