Today we’re gonna talk about How To Get Back Up After a Setback. Often in our health, in education, in finances or relationships we experience set-backs and it’s then say, I’m tired of getting back up over and over again, I can’t do this anymore.
But the problem is that we give up on our dream, we’re not being true to ourselves, we begin to give up on every other area of our lives, and we stop being true to our God-given adventure.
Instead, what we need to do is brush off the set-back and get back up, if we do, we will learn so much about ourselves, find grace amidst our crisis and discover what we truly LOVE. So here are Seven Steps to Get Back Up After a Set-Back
- Get it out
- Don’t Get on FB and Hate
- Seek Trusted Friends for Wisdom
- Fight ON!
- Move to Plan B
- Check Your Emotional Meter Daily
